This assignment was far and away the most fun one yet. I had a great time photographing my family over Thanksgiving. I definitely will continue to document the holidays I have left with my family.
The toughest challenge I faced with this assignment had to do with the lighting. Our kitchen was not the best place to photograph so it took me a while to play around with the ISO to find an appropriate setting. I wanted to do this because after trying a couple photos out using the flash they came out far too bright.
Aside from the lighting I had no issues with this assignment. My younger brother Will loves having his picture taken so he was easy to shoot. He definitely was the most helpful in being a subject for this assignment.
It was an incredible Thanksgiving with my family and they always are. We ate so much and I always look forward to spending the holidays with my loving family. I am already looking forward to Christmas dinner as we take that as serious if not more serious than Thanksgiving Dinner.
